Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 7jj7 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the 7jj7 website located at https://7jj7.pro and all associated services, features, content, and products offered through the platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players who access or use the 7jj7 platform in any capacity.
By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the 7jj7 platform, you acknowledge that you have attained the minimum age of 21 years, that you are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own accord, and that you accept these Terms without reservation. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number. This information is used for account verification, age verification, and processing of withdrawals. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.

Minimum Age — 21 YearsYou must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any feature of the 7jj7 platform. One Account Per PlayerEach player is permitted to maintain only one registered account on the 7jj7 platform. Operating more than one account — whether in your own name or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts associated with the same player will be closed and any balance, winnings, or bonuses in those accounts will be forfeited.

Account SecurityYou are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 7jj7 support immediately via the contact details on this site.

KYC Verification7jj7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and/or withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification. KYC requirements are in place to protect all players and maintain the integrity of the platform.
Important: 7jj7 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. It is a violation of these Terms for any person under 21 to register or attempt to register an account. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors in their household do not access the 7jj7 platform. If an account is found to have been created by a person under 21, it will be closed immediately and all associated funds forfeited.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
7jj7 supports deposits and withdrawals through a range of local Bangladeshi payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There are no transaction fees applied by 7jj7 on deposits made via supported local payment methods. Third-party fees imposed by your payment provider (e.g. mobile operator charges) are outside 7jj7's control and are your sole responsibility.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements being met. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
- The player's account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before a withdrawal request is processed.
- Withdrawal amounts must not exceed the available verified balance in the player's account at the time of the request.
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each individual promotion's terms.
- Processing times for withdrawals are typically within minutes for bKash and Nagad; bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution.
- 7jj7 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal while identity verification, fraud checks, or bonus wagering requirement audits are underway.
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 7jj7 does not accept or process transactions in any cryptocurrency or non-BDT currency. Players are responsible for ensuring that their payment details are accurate and belong to accounts held in their own name. 7jj7 will not be held responsible for failed transactions resulting from incorrect payment information provided by the player.
Bonuses & Promotions
7jj7 may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general Terms and to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms will prevail in respect of that promotion only.
The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by 7jj7 unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:
- Bonuses are available to registered players who have completed account verification and meet the eligibility criteria for the specific promotion.
- All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
- Bonuses may not be combined unless the relevant promotion explicitly states that combination is permitted.
- 7jj7 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. This includes the right to cancel bonuses that have been credited to a player's account where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or Terms violation.
- Players who are found to be abusing bonus structures — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other method of systematic exploitation — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts closed.
Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the designated games specified in the promotion terms, for the period stated, and are subject to the wagering requirements attached to any winnings generated from those free spins. Unused free spins will expire at the end of their validity period without compensation.
Gameplay Rules & Fair Play
All casino games available on the 7jj7 platform use certified random number generation (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and verified for statistical fairness. The outcome of each game is determined independently and is not influenced by the player's previous results, account balance, or any action taken by 7jj7. 7jj7 does not manipulate game outcomes.
Players must conduct themselves in a fair and lawful manner at all times while using the 7jj7 platform. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent closure:
- Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the platform in a way that circumvents normal human play or exploits game mechanics.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical fault must be returned and will not be paid out.
- Engaging in collusion with other players or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players in peer-to-peer game formats.
- Attempting to launder money or use the 7jj7 platform for any financial activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial transaction under applicable law.
Prohibited: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical glitches, use automated betting tools, or operate multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms. 7jj7 employs real-time fraud detection systems. Accounts found in violation will be closed immediately and any associated balance forfeited without recourse.
Responsible Gaming
7jj7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools they need to stay in control of their gambling activity. Gaming at 7jj7 is intended to be a form of entertainment conducted within a budget the player has defined in advance. It is not, and should not be treated as, a means of generating income, recovering financial losses, or solving financial problems.
The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players directly from the account dashboard:
- Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that prevent deposits above your chosen threshold within the designated period.
- Session loss limits that automatically end a gaming session when a predefined loss amount has been reached.
- Temporary time-out periods during which the account is suspended for a player-defined duration of between 24 hours and 30 days.

Account Suspension & Termination
7jj7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Circumstances that may result in account suspension or termination include but are not limited to the following:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including age restriction violations, operating multiple accounts, or providing false registration information.
- Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, exploitation of platform vulnerabilities, or use of prohibited automated tools.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 7jj7 following a verification request.
- A player's voluntary request to close their account, including self-exclusion requests processed through 7jj7's responsible gaming tools.
Upon closure of an account for any reason other than Terms violation, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet eligible for withdrawal) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after standard verification checks are complete. Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, 7jj7 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where fraud or abuse is confirmed, to forfeit that balance entirely.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 7jj7 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of 7jj7 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the platform is the exclusive property of 7jj7.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 7jj7 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the express prior written consent of 7jj7. Any unauthorised use of 7jj7's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7jj7 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failures, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the 7jj7 platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not 7jj7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Without limiting the foregoing, 7jj7 specifically excludes liability for the following:
- Any loss or damage arising from the player's use of the platform in a manner inconsistent with these Terms, including loss of funds due to account closure for Terms violation.
- Temporary or permanent unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failures, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond 7jj7's reasonable control.
- Decisions made by the player in reliance on information, promotions, or content on the platform that subsequently changes or is withdrawn, including any change to game odds, RTP, or promotional terms.
Amendments & Governing Law
7jj7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon publication on this page. Your continued use of the 7jj7 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform. 7jj7 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes to these Terms via the contact details held on file, but is not obligated to do so as a condition of the amendment's validity.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 7jj7 operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through 7jj7's customer support process should be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution body. 7jj7 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and in a timely manner.
